Small rash on cats lip

Hi, my cat has been dealing with cat acne for a few months now and it's finally to a point where it's absolutely getting better.

Today I noticed that he suddenly developed this on the corner of his mouth and I'm not sure what it is. It only just started happening within the past couple days.

Would your Vet accept this photo to have a peek at? Did they help you with the feline acne? I would check with them and see what they think.
