Slightly Lack Of Hair

Hi,I’ve got a short-haired cat and while I was grooming him with a Furminator I’ve noticed that he lack some hair from his spine and if I take a further look I can see little “clumps” of blood…
He doesn’t seem to be affected by this but his hair is all the way up with a lack of hair,will his hair grow back or should I take him to the vet?

He had fleas a couple days ago before he was dewormed

It takes awhile to get rid of fleas….so it could be flea bites…

Do you have any other pets that could have fleas and reinfecting him?
