Hello all, I have a 81/2 year old person who when I arrived home from work today had a very slight limp on his front left leg. He is acting very chipper to see me and following me all over the house, but I did notice he was walking weird ever so slightly. He was even quickly walking to play with my other cat and jumping onto furniture and tables since I got home. When he sits he puts weight on it then lifts it a little. He doesnt cry when i touch it or try extending it. I checked his nails and paws. Hes never ever done this before, I'm just wondering if I should just watch him for a few days or take him to vet right away?

Thank you both. He just jumped on the bed and is making biscuits on me and putting pressure on the leg so don't think it hurts him too bad. Thank you 🙌
