If I had to choose one for show right now, I'd have to pick Sterling, but they change from week to week and I like Trey's rosetting better. Sterling has one pronounced rib bar on each side, which is a minor fault, but does not eliminate him as a show cat. Never the less, it's a fault according to the standards. I'd rather have a show cat with no tarnish and a rib bar, than a tarnished cat with perfect pattern. But that's me...I like clear coats with contrast that pops.Originally Posted by GoldenKitty45
They are changing - I see what you mean - Sterling is the clearest color. Would you pick any for show at this point? Or when can you tell?
YES! Due early May. That's the litter we're holding our breath for. The other 2 breedings were to prove Jack as a viable stud. The 2 queens he was bred to, are both proven to produce show quality cats, but they are brown girls, so it was a crap shoot as to whether we'd get silvers at all, and if they'd be show quality.Originally Posted by GoldenKitty45
When is Miss Spotty due? That's the silver to silver - I'm guessing you'll probably want one from there instead
