I've been a big fan of the forum for some time, but have never posted any pictures of my baby.
I was so lucky to have adopted Sidney on 4/30/05. After losing my first fur-baby, Kitkat, I didn't think I could get beyond the feeling of guilt just from the thought of loving another kitty. One day I walked into the local animal shelter, my second such trip just to look at the babies in need of a home, and started talking to this nice woman. As it turned out, she was a foster mom of some kittens. On impulse, I gave her my name and number, on the chance that she would want to let me have one of her foster when they were old enough. Some weeks later, Cora (the foster mom) called to tell me she had the perfect baby for me.

Don't you just love that spot on her face? Makes her look like she's forever mischievous or naughty.
