Wouldn’t trust this source, given the author thinks that cats can suffer from a carbohydrate deficiency, which is utter nonsense

Yes, cats can have deficiencies, but it’s unlikely that they’re common, imo, given cat food is formulated to meet the animal’s needs based on what’s known from available research.

Randomly supplementing fat soluble vitamins is likely to do more harm than good.

As was said in your other thread (Vitamin D - to supplement or not to supplement | TheCatSite), there are tests that can be run to determine if a cat is deficient in one or more vitamins/minerals. Those should be done before supplementing beyond what is provided in cat food.
