Signature doesn't seem to be in profile menu

So some years back I was able to set a signature here -- I need to update it now, but the 'signature' option is not showing in my drop-down user menu; the direct link in the help page is not working for me either, I get a " You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action. " error.

Can anyone help? Thanks!

That's the help page I was referring to that has a direct link to the signature editor (that's giving me an error). My user menu is missing the signature option

Ooohhhh. That must have changed at some point since I initially joined... is there any way that a mod or someone could clear out my current signature? Nutmeg has since passed away, and there are other cats in my pack now, so my sig is very outdated.
