Iam happy to report Jackson is during awesome, he is totally himself, It doesn't seem to have taken a toll on him at all! And about the panting, The vet said it is ok, but when he does start to pant, he needs to cool off (Which I would do anyways) So when he starts to pant we stop playing!Originally Posted by momof3rugratz

Thanks, I totally agree with the whole "sweating thing" But your right Jackson and I take a break at playing, and once he's cooled down it's back on! Thanks for showing your concern!Originally Posted by lunasmom
Glad to know he's good!
Whitey pants for maybe 15 seconds. I give him a brief break and then we go back to playing. He's also go a lot more fur than the other cats.
I think its like dogs, they don't have any sweat glands like humans do, so cats and dogs have to pant in order to cool themselves off.
Yup, I know what you mean. Mr.Jackson loves the laser pointer...I wear out before he does...Originally Posted by MoochNNoodles
Noodles does pant after a good play session with the cat dancer. She gets so intrigued with that thing I have to take it away or she'll just keep going.
Yes it is very stretched out...wierd...Originally Posted by momof3rugratz
