A friend of mine sent out a panicked email, saying she needed to rehome her two cats because her husband cannot live with his allergies any longer. I've offered to temporarily take them both in, and relying on our mutual circle of friend advertise them and rehome them permanently. My question is, should I try to rehome them as a set?
They aren't littermates, as far as I know, and I'd actually keep one, if I wasn't still hoping to find my missing kitty Zhu Zhu (gone for two months now). I'm not mentally ready to call the search off, although temporarily sheltering these other cats is okay with me. But I'm wondering if it is better for the cats to be adopted out as a pair...
