Recently we rescued a kitten from the shelter.  We are absolutely in love with him.

They said he is a Ragdoll mixed, so I have been doing a lot of research on Ragdoll's and his personality traits definitely line up with the research.

I keep seeing definitions/descriptions about "point" and a few other terms (I cannot think of at the moment) regarding coloring, etc., so I'm curious if there is a place that lists out all of the definitions and how to determine what point, etc. traits he has.  He seems to change colors with the lighting.

Can anyone tell me if my Julio is a Ragdoll, and if so, what type... etc.?

Thank you!

Maurie

Julio is probably not a ragdoll, he is a longhaired domestic, point bi-color

But yes,  ragdoll is the nearest to compare him with, especielly as there is a type of ragdolls whom are bi-color.   So calling him for a ragdoll mix is fair enough.

Im a little stuck what to call his colors, the points are dark, but on the body he is red... Its not the natural yellowbrown color of  points.  And all reds are tabbies,,,  He has white too...

Whatever we decide he is colored, he is a very nice pretty boy.
