Cats will vibrate while they're stretching. Although I've only noticed when they do their cat-backs and hind leg stretches. If that's the only time you notice it, that's probably what it is. If it's more like a tremor and it happens at other times, then you probably need to see a vet. It's hard to say without actually seeing it.

It actually happens when she is laying down on her side.... I am taking her to the vet tonight...I need help with some flea control...I used Frontline on Sunday and see no fleas on her, but she is still biting herself like she has them. They said she could be allergic to them so they could give her something to help with the itching and I am going to have them check for fleas as well just to make sure they are gone! I am also going to ask about her shaking...
