We use hot water and Dawn between washes. I suppose we will have to start finishing that regime with boiling water.

The vet actually expressed the spot on her chin a little so it looks better than it did. She HATES the ointment that we have to put on it. Any way that we can keep her from immediately grooming it off?

treats could occupy her attention and mouth for a little while after you put the cream on. Maybe followed by a private, personal play session? don't want the cream to get on anyone else and not do it's job.
