It could well be ear mites. There are any number of OTC medications for ear mites in cats. I would suggest googling just that..."OTC medications for ear mites in cats" and selecting one that you can buy locally, or order. Most are not awfully expensive. Now, the ideal thing is taking your cat to the vet, and getting to the bottom of it and treating with a prescription, if you can.

Thank you, I think that’s it as well… it just came about so it’s not a chronic issue. I ordered some ear cleaner and ear mite stuff on Amazon. Should be here tomorrow. I’ll try and see if it clears it up!
