Has anyone ever seen this before? My 5 month old kitten is up to date on all of his shots and is a strictly indoor cat. I don't know why his nose looks crusty.

Believe it or not, it's dirt.
Either food he is not cleaning off well and dried, and needs help by cleaning with a warm washcloth, or if he has a uri and nasal discharge, but much more likely an accumulation of dried on food
