Scabby Bump On Cat's Chin

Hi-
My cat Isaac has a bump on his chin. It is kind of scabbed over but has been there for a while and has gotten a little bigger over time. I remember my childhood cat having black gunk on his chin that the vet called acne, but I'm not sure if this is the same thing.

Does anyone have any experience with something like this, or maybe know what it is? I am keeping an eye on it but if it gets worse I will take him to the vet to get checked out.

It doesn’t look like feline chin acne to me, more like a wound of some sort. Does he go outside? Do you have any other pets?

He is strictly indoors. I have another cat, Blue, who he sometimes wrestles with, but I can't imagine that it would get rough enough to cause this--especially since Blue is 18

He had a couple of them for a little while, but they were very small and I didn't think much of them. This one has gotten a bit larger over time.
