These were 2 cats that I fell in love with at the shelter I used to volunteer at. A tech that I keep in contact with just told me that Bam had to be put down because his ulcer on his tongue was getting much worse and he had lost alot of weight. Holly's kidneys failed and she had to go down also. It's so heartbreaking!

Poor babies. I know you'll miss them, but they are both free of pain now.

Fighting for ferals in NW NJ!
They were both so adorable.
That's so terribly sad! I'm so sorry this is how things worked out.

Look for Whisky & Oliver, kitties, they'll show you around.

I am so sorry about the loss of the two lovely cats you cared for.

As a shelter volunteer myself, I understand how involved one can get with animals there.

RIP little ones.

I was able to get away from here for a few days, so I went up to my Mom's and, of course, went to the shelter. The tech I corespond with had Bam's collar for me and I picked it up. It even had the number tag still attached! I'm so glad! I found out he was PTS on Dec. 8th and Holly was PTS on Dec. 3rd.

She told me that she has a drawer full of collars...
