I've taken in a stray she mostly white with a tiger striped tail and tiger stripes on her ears and top of her head. So the rest of her face is white. She had been in fight so she had some scratches on her nose. They are healing I though her nose was dirty so I tried to clean it but it's not coming off and looks grayish thickened. There are no reddish rings. She is scratching a bit. She is treated for fleas ect. The cat I am pictured with was also stray we had for awhile (she passed away). I was told she probably had ringworm too. When they told me I've have to repeatedly bathe what would have been 7 cats and a dog at the time to clear it up or they might just be carriers I decided to just see if anything got worse. The whole house was basically exposed as it stood. Nothing happened to us or our animals.
The cat I just took in has not been in our house just our Garage. Our garage is full of stuff and will be hard to decontaminate. Our dog usually stays there when we are not home so our cat can relax. Some people crate our dog is fine in the garage. He is a lower level bathroom (very close to the garage) since the cat has come. I was planning to put the cat there and then let her explore more. Considering what we've already been expose this once would you go through bathing the poor cat and all the stuff they make you do?
