She awoke her family just as the rising waters were about to overcome them all in the wee hours of the morning. Sadly, the couple was able to get out with only their small child, leaving Tillee and their 2 other cats to perish in the rising waters. Oh, poor Tillee, she gave her all and her owners were saved; may her reward in Heaven be bright
