The breed is surely a domestic - alike very most of cats are.

The pattern of olor and white can be called for Saddle,   More color than a Harlequin, but less than a tuxedo.

If he will become a look alike of some breed, we will perhaps see when he gets older.  Such is usually difficult on small kittens.

He looks like a very very cute kitten, hard to tell whether DSH or DLH, i.e. whether domestic shorthair or domestic longhair. Stefan is an expert on breed description so a saddle-patterned bi-color white and gray tabby DSH or DLH with an extra dose of cuteness thrown in, is a good description to match his long name
