Reddish brown spot on my cat nose?!

In the past week, my cat has been staying with my cousin while I was traveling. And when I came back, I found out two black spots on his nose. I scratched them and rubbed them off. But I noticed new brownish spots, on different locations starting from this week. Those don’t look like can be rubbed off. What are they???

The small specks look like dirt or dried food, not sure about the large spot, will they wipe off with a cloth dipped in warm water. If you have a good relationship with your vet, send the photo to him, he may recognize what it is.
