Red pimple on cat’s belly

What is this? I just noticed it today on my cats belly. Is this something I need to call the vet for?

That’s what I thought, but it’s very red and noticeable just when he’s sitting. His other nipples don’t look that way, so I wasn’t sure if I should be concerned.

Looks like he was overgrooming his nipple. Does he groom a ton and scatch alot?

He usually doesn’t, but I have noticed him grooming that area more frequently lately. It definitely stands out and has never looked that red.
