Red/brown spot in cats eye??

So Luna has developed a red/brown mark in her left eye. Does anyone know what this could be or if I should be concerned?

My cat had a small dot in her eye that eventually grew into melanoma, and she lost her eye. They may be able to remove it via laser while it’s small. I took my cat to an eye specialist. Make an appointment!

Hi. How old is Luna? The older, the more likely it could be something significant. It is hard to tell much with that pic, but maybe your vet would be willing to take a look if you emailed it to them?

Luna will be 4 in June, I’ll try get another pic and also send it to the vet.
