I'm planning on having some pretty significant work done in my house. All new wood floors throughout the entire house. I'm also having my kitchen redone. I live in a 1400 square ft town home/condo, so there is nowhere to go for my boys. I'm not sure what to do about them when this all goes down. I was thinking about bringing them o work with me during the day. I think they'll be stressed a little bit there but it is basically quiet and I would be there. Then we could go home together and deal with whatever.

What have some of you done? I will have no extra room to put them in.

I'm not sure if this is the right forum.

I've renovated a few times with my cats, but my house is laid out in such a way that I've always been able to separate them into a different part of the house while it's going on. If that's not possible, bringing them to work with you doesn't sound like a bad plan. keeping them with you where it's quiet will likely be less stressful than leaving them home alone with strangers coming and going in your house.
