Question on Jarrow B-Right

Sorry, this probably is a really daft question, but....

So far, I have been using Now B-100 as the source of vitamin B complex when preparing ground raw.

I'd like to switch to Jarrow B-Right as it seems the vitamin B12 in there is the 'better' kind.

My problem is that I'm not sure if 1 capsule of Jarrow B-Right is equivalent to one or two capsules of Now B-100.

I know some members here use Jarrow, so perhaps you can enlighten me?

No, they won't be exactly similar, doubling up on the Jarrow vs the NOW, but I don't see a problem with it.

And yes, methylcobalamin is more easily bioavailable.
