I don't know what their reaction will be this year now that they have access to the outside. They love to be out on the catio, but since we've lived in my house for only 6 months and I only finished building the catio after the snow came, they haven't actually experienced snow. Flora is only 6 months old, so I'm curious what she'll think especially since it was raining this morning and she still wouldn't come inside.

Chiqui is a born and raised Arizonian and has never even seen snow! I haven't either for 15 years.

That's adorable!! Did you shovel it for them?

My Cal likes it but only for a short time. Being mostly Maine Coon, she has the hair
for it but since I've been clipping it all summer she'll need more of it to enjoy being in it.

Thank you! It only lasted for a day or two, but they made the most of it.

Nah, I send Mr Husband out to shovel the snow while I stay in the warm with the less adventurous kitties.

Mowgli won't set foot on the balcony if there's the slightest bit of that icky white stuff out there. His predecessor, Jamie, couldn't wait to get outside if snow was falling, but I used to have to carry him around the yard and put him down/pick him up as ordered.

Toffee and Fudge haven't experienced a proper snowfall yet but they are interested in snow. They enjoy watching it fall.
