That's kinda-sorta the actual question.
How do you sleep? Are you a neat, tidy sleep? Wallow all over the bed, kicking a flailing? Insomniac? Think you're dying if you don't get your full 12 hours? Do you like to go to bed early or are you a real night owl?
How do you sleep, Dear?
I'm a night owl. It's quarter of five in the morning, and here I am. This is about normal for me. I go to bed late, and get up around 11 or noon. AND most nights, I'm a very deep and tidy sleeper. Making up my bed in the morning is mostly just turning the edge of the covers back up where I pulled them back getting out of the bed. Even when I roll over, I don't really roll, I kinda flip in place. Although I am usually a very deep sleeper, and fall asleep fairly easily, occasionally I go through stretches of a few days when I only sleep in short bursts, and not for more than a total of 4 hours a night. Then I'll sleep 12 hours, and get back to normal. Dunno why.
