Good morning and Happy Whiskers Wednesday! The weather cooled off here so I'm planning to make pasta tonight. Last week I made a pasta casserole, one of my husband's favorites. My personal favorite pasta dish is spinach ricotta rotolo but it's too labor intensive for me to make so I order it when we're out at a restaurant.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PASTA DISH?

I really don't like pasta. I used to eat spaghetti with butter and ground beef mixed in, but don't even care for that anymore.

Not a pasta fan. If given a choice I would choose a PB&J over pasta.

There’s a restaurant in Westminster, CO, called Asti d’Italia that makes a pasta dish called Chicken Orrecchiette. Orecchiette pasta, roasted chicken, smoked prosciutto, oven-dried tomatoes, forest mushrooms, and parmesan white wine cream sauce. Delicious!

A dish my cousin makes with chicken, black olives, green and cherry peppers in a light cream sauce. I think it has some tomato sauce in it; but just enough to give a hint of color. Its a bit spicy but oh so good! Actually my DD even liked it as a toddler. I didn’t expect a toddler to eat spicy but she would eat it up!

Most of them! Love pasta. Prefer to have lasagne or tube pastas to spaghetti, but only because spaghetti is so messy and difficult to eat.
