Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon. The whole album because:

A. One song just won't do.
B. It's the best album of all time.
C. Pink Floyd songs were not intended to be listened to individually.

There have been so many recordings of this great song.

I really like the version on the Super Session album which featured Steven Stills and Al Kooper.

There is also a killer version on the soundtrack from the Blues Brothers 2000 movie with Dr. John and the Blues Brothers Band.

Joan Jett does a more rock/punk version. Vanilla Fudge did a version. There's even a live version performed by Robert Plant. And tons more. You could spend a day just listening to versions on Youtube.
