My friends have to be just like me. I am not good with meeting in the middle and sharing views and interests I don't have. So....same liberal political views, love animals, those who can rescue animals, great senses of humor, shared interests in entertainment, music, books, reading etc. Many work/worked in the same general field.

Huh. Interesting that so many people answered that they choose their friends based on politics. I couldn't care less, as long as they don't try to change my vote.
