Debit/credit cards, my drivers license, medical insurance card, a couple gift cards that I haven't used since being gifted them on Christmas, and a small picture of my husband with the cats.
I don't ever carry cash, so that is never in my wallet. In my wallet though are a lot of cards like my ID, credit/debit cards, health insurance, school ID, gift cards, savings cards for various stores, and of course my library card (even though I have my barcode memorized). I also have tickets I saved from when I saw Wicked 6 years ago and a St. Paul Chamber Orchestra concert from 3 years ago. My wallet somehow became the place where I save that stuff.

Debit/credit cards, ID, health ins. card, dental ins. card, business card of Milly's vet and of Milly's ortho-surgeon, a few receipts, and folded up notes listing next of kin & their phone numbers/locations (parents, siblings, hubby) and phone numbers & location of my GP and my husband's GP -- all the latter in case of emergency while I'm out and about.
I have a tiny wallet that holds my debit card and my drivers license only. It’s easy to tuck away in the car when I go to the lake or the gym. The rest of my credit cards and similar are in a cosmetic type bag in my purse. Cash just stays in a pocket in my purse and the tiny wallet goes there too if I am taking my purse with me.
Do not carry a wallet. I keep cash, debit card, health insurance card, lipstick, in a plastic sandwich bag that I can fold and keep in a pocket if I don't want to carry a handbag.

I don't carry a purse. I carry my wallet in my back pocket, but my work pants don't have back pockets. However, I always have my phone. So I got a phone case with a spot for a couple of cards. I have my driver's license and one credit card (Mastercard) in there, plus a $20 bill folded behind my license. My regular wallet is a very small card wallet; it has 6 card slots and a place in the middle for cash. The 6 slots have: Sam's Club card, Costco card, Visa, Kohl's card, my ATM/debit card (I only use it for the ATM; I don't like to use debit), and my health insurance and car insurance cards (in the same slot because they're thin). And a small amount of cash stuck in the middle part. I also have an American Express card and $20 in cash in my visor organizer in case of emergency. Most gas stations take AmEx.
When I was first old enough to get credit I got one of each kind of credit card, just for the novelty (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express). But not a lot of places take Discover or AmEx so I don't use those very often.
