I also love Angelica Houston as the mean Step Mother in Ever After. She was superb in that role. So happy when her and her daughter got their just desserts in the end.

Yzma and Kronk from Emperor's New Groove are also some of my favorite Disney villains! Though Kronk's too nice to really be a villain.

Some people say Cate Blanchett was better at playing the wicked Step Mom in that Cinderella movie that came out 5 or so years ago. I love Cate Blanchett and think she is a great actress, but Angelica Houston playing the wicked Step mom was so much more memorable. She was that good.
