I'm not a morning person at all. Left to my own devices, I get up at around 12-1pm or 11:30 at the earliest. I have 9:00 shifts at the charity shop I volunteer at to try and help me better my sleep routines, though it seems to just make me crankier when I get home, haha. I need to get at least 8 hours sleep for me to feel fully able to function during the day.
