I have a dictionaries and a thesaurus left over from school. I kept them because I can't spell. I did not go to college so I don't have any books from there.

You guys can tell I have never been to college. I am probably the only one here that did not go.

I would've thought you had been..can't tell.....and no one cares

I was Valedictorian and would have gotten many scholarships, but my mom's church didn't allow us to go to college back then. So I didn't get to go either.

I am surprised you turned out so well the way you were raised. Especially the way your mother's church interfered.

No, she's JW.

That doesn't make sense. I've known JW's and they went to college.
Oh well, what's past is past and there is no sense fretting over it now. I've known people with degrees and they aren't nearly as intelligent as you.

Yeah, they let the kids go to college now. My oldest brother went anyway. They took him in the back room and told him not to take his scholarship. He said he knew it was his only ticket out. He never went back to the church. He is a top executive at Nokia now.

Do you still have old text/reference books?

I think I have some above the garage. I can probably get rid of them at this point. My nephews took some of them when they were in college. My husband definitely has some and we can probably get rid of those too at this point.

You guys can tell I have never been to college.

Some of my nieces and nephews have college degrees and their grammar and spelling is atrocious.
