Happy TGIF! and Happy November! 

Easy question this morning: What's your favorite color?

I just love red. Red jewel tones for fingernail polish. Red sweaters. Red cars. Red shoes. I love the reds.

(My co-worker was looking at cases for his cell phone. He's down to two choices. He asked me which one I liked and, I said that I liked the red one.

He looked at me said, "Of course you do!" He knows me well.)

Bordeaux (garnet/maroon/oxblood/wine, or whatever you want to call it).

Purple.  Nice rich deep purple. :-)     (Sometimes it's blue, and sometimes it's torquoise,   but mostly purple!  I like colour!)

l'm also a fan of RED.​ The brighter the better.

But l also love BLACK.

I also love red for cars, clothes and  flowers, but I wouldn't want red for the paint on my walls! House colors are definitely greens, both walls and decorating. It also looks wonderful against wood, which we went for in the 'cabin' look. The sage greens are my favorite, a grey/green combo. Our outside is a sage green, dark, with white trim. With all the flowers and trees and acres of grass it looks like a cabin in the woods! We've had several people stop and ask us where we got our siding!

I'd pick black first for anything. A good portion of my wardrobe is black.  It makes my life easier to know I can match it to anything.  Plus I look really good in it.

But if I was going to say something literally colorful I adore chartruese.  This in itself is odd because it's between yellow and green and I'm not a big fan of either.  But I gravitate heavily to chartruese for clothing, household items (my stand mixer is that color!), decorating, etc.  It was the color of my bedroom growing up and we did our home office a similar shade.  I find it to be a cheerful color, a bit quirky and it makes me happy to look at it.

Depends on what.. home decor, I prefer red.

I wear a lot of purple (Without realizing though, lol)

Lilac purple!  Love love love it! 

I love a darker red too though.  My toes are a nice dark ruby red right now.  Love it!!

There is a Kitchenaid mixer in boysenberry I think it's called...sooo pretty!!  A nice purple red!

I'm very fond of the jewel tones and also black, but my favorite color is gunmetal grey (in the real metal you can see ALL the colors in there - it's so beautiful!)
