Somebody had posted a thread about bringing something to a party. The item had to begin with the first letter of your screen name. Let's take that a bit further:

We are having a "Taste of The Cat Site" party. We'll mail a box out to you. You must put something in the box that reflects your state or country and then mail the box to the next person.

For example, I live in central Pennsylvania. When the box comes to me, I will put in a bag of Middleswarth Potato Chips. Middleswarth chips are made in central Pennsylvania. And then I'll mail the box to somebody else.

When the box comes to you, what will you put in that was made in your state or country? Just list your state or country and then your contribution.

For something non specific to my area (although we do have a maple farm nearby), how about some good Canadian made maple syrup? My area is not really known for much that I know of other than mining, and I don't think ore would be a very nice addition.

A Potica from northern Minnesota. It is a kind of bread pastry that is rolled tightly with extra thin layers of bread, ground nuts and honey. Folks on the Iron Range make it best.
