Question About Fur

Will this kitten cat have a long or short fur:

grandfather is Himalayan.Grandma is Siamese.

Mother and father are both offspring of grandma and grandpa -- categorized as medium hair himalayans.

Kitten is the offspring of both Himalayans (above mother and father)

Will the fur of the kitten be long considering the kitten is now from both himalayan parents??

Longhair is recessive, so I'm pretty sure not. The kitten looks like a Mediumhair to me. A cutie for sure!
