Hi everyone, I have a pregnant foster cat who I think is due pretty soon but her nails seem rather long. They get stuck in the carpet at times and on her toys,I think it would stress her out to take her to a place to have it done, any good suggestions? She doesn't like when I touch her paws and is never is a good deep sleep. I just do nt want to stress her. Thanks

Can you get a friend to come over, one of you hold her while the other clips the nails? Or perhaps whoever you are fostering for can come and help.

You foster for a agency or fostering her on own?
I would ask agency if there is someone who can come by but ask them to only send someone with no sick cats cause of her being pregnant. May want to call a groomer who is local if that fails.
Could try doing one at a time and lots of treats.
