DH and I have started taking power naps at work. I just shut my eyes for 15 minutes and let my mind wonder. It's not real sleep, but more of a time to let my mind settle down.

Me too! My power naps are like four hours. I am not sure why, but I rarely nap less than an hour and half.Originally Posted by babyharley
