My (male) cat looks at me that way. And he sleeps with me. And he snores very cutely. And he's unconditionally loyal and loving. No human could ever live up to those standards.

I used to feel sorry for little old ladies who lived alone with a cat. Now I am one, and it is a sweet deal!
