I've been feeding Robin for about three years now, ever since she was a kitten. For the first two years she didn't come on heat or have any kittens but this year...BAM...three kittens in April and just as I'd managed to get them spayed and neutered...BAM......another three 10 weeks ago.
I haven't seen Robin for over a week now. It's not like her to miss a meal and she's not shown up on the kitty buffet trail cam I leave out every night either. I think something must have happened to her.
Luckily the new kittens knew which house to go and cry outside of when they started to miss their Mum. I've managed to bring them indoors and they're living in my laundry room for the time being. They were all tested for FIV and FeLV today and had their first vaccines. They've been promised a place with a foster family in Tokyo in January, but I'm going to try and find homes for them before then if I can.
Look at these little faces, who could resist them?
This little girl is called Bee.
This one is a boy, we call him Pierrot.
Another little girl, Tabi. It's hard to get a good photo of her, she is still a bit shy.
Do you think it's worth trying to introduce them to my other cats? Or do you think they'll be safer and happier confined to their own room? As I'm only going to be their Mum for just over a month I don't know what's best for them.
