Please help me to identify my little kitty 🐱

Hiya
I have had Dicksy for one month , assuming she was female !
Was told this by the previous owner ..
She is 6 months old .. is quite long .. but not stocky .

she has the vets in 4 weeks for her 2 nd jabs ...& a check up that i want her to have .

But iam unsure she is a female now ..
as i saw a little pink spikey thing come out of her bits when she was grooming.
now iam puzzled & desperate-to know her correct sex .
As is she !
