Playing With Apple Blossom Stem? Toxic?

My family member picked a small crab apple twig with the blossom and the leaves on it just for decoration. My cat was playing with it and biting on it. I later realized it can have cyanide and is toxic to cats. I don’t think she ingested anything and she seems fine...but am a bit worried. How much would be toxic to cats?

How's your cat today?

I don't know how much would need to be ingested to be toxic, so if it were me, I'd probably call my vet, tell them what you've posted here, and see what they say/recommend.
