My 7 yo female cat is having some issues. She is a little overweight and has always had trouble grooming her back. Hence, she gets oily there are will get black specs. The vet said just dirt once then another time said flea dirt. She and my other two recently got treated for roundworms and had Advantage multi for possible fleas though we haven’t seen any. Noticed my White cats belly was very pink, fur missing around nipples, and some black specs. She will not let me touch her belly at all (never has). Could this still be a flea issue? I’m not convinced she ever had fleas to begin with. She grooms and will sometimes bite her tail, but other than that no itchimg or grooming out of the ordinary. Thanks!
