But who told you he would be 13 lbs at adult weight? For one, he is a cross and you wouldn't be able to tell what he will exactly be but you can average out both breeds weight and get an idea... .. Tervurens average 65-75 lbs at adult weight and Schipperkes are smaller at 18 lbs on average but this dog could be anywhere in the middle or up to a smaller Tervuren weight.
Its the luck of the draw...He really could end up anywhere from 30-50 or 60 lbs....Just so you are prepared!!

He looks like he has alot of Tervuren in him.
