I tried to do the following
x = 1/2 vt
1.5x10^11 meters = (.5)(v)(31536000 seconds)
1.5x10^11 meters = 1.5768x10^7 seconds * v
9512.94 meters/second = velocity
but this isn't the right answer, what am I doing wrong?
