Pet Food Testing Labs?

Hi.  I was wondering if there is such a thing as a laboratory that tests pet foods, in the event that someone suspects that their pet was a victim of food poisoning?

If so, can anyone provide me with some links and a brief idea of what to expect (cost, length of time, etc.)?
