11 years old male, kept indoor for the winter.

First and worst symptom, the paws are dry and peeling.
Second symptom, ear infection or otitis as the veterinary said.
Third, acne developping around the mouth.
The cat doesn't have a lot of energy and must stay on its four paws, it does not want to sleep on the side like it used to.
It peed on the floor once a couple days ago.

The veterinary said it was an allergy to its litter but I doubt that. I changed it for it's old one 1 week ago and there is no real improvement in the paws. Do you have any idea of what it could be? Thanks

Hi!
Welcome!! What is his name?

Do you have a humidifier running? Also, what are you feeding him?

His name is Nelson. There is no humidifier running and the food I gave was a mix of Nutrience sub-zero grain-free and Purina Veterinary Diets Cat Food UR [Urinary St/Ox]. Sometimes I gave him the purina canned wet food [Urinary St/Ox]. Since the symptoms I only give him the wet and dry purina [Urinary St/Ox].

Is there anything he could’ve stepped in (floor cleaners, antifreeze, household chemicals, rock salt for deicing, etc) or burned his feet on?
