Im not sure he counts as spotted.  I think he is a broken mackerel tabby.
Some spots on the tummy are quite common on tabbies, and they dont count for the spotted label.

he actually has just spots almost everywhere but his tail, face and legs it is hard to tell in photos but easy to notice in person [
