On diet-ate some recalled Pouches

I have a fat cat, she ate some of the recalled pouch food, I had her on nutro-nat.choice weight conrol, and gave her 1 1/2 oz. of pouch food. Very lucky she didn't get sick. She is up to 17lbs. 8oz. Went to vet and now she is on OM. I give her maybe 2 Tb spoons of wet Nat. Bal. With all the recalls I am worried, but she definately needs to loose the weight though. Need imput as to how good this diet will be. Thanks

OM is a RX and unless you and your vet talk and discuss otherwise ...PLEASE feed the OM and nothing else

I agree with Sharky.

The only thing I'll add is that if your vet has left the option open for the canned OM, I would feed that (instead of the dry).
