wow so I just read 34 pages of a threat over the past 3 hours. Well I skimmed some. But I just want to sayfor taking such great care of someone society had forgotten about. You are truly an Angel!
And its a great thing that you found her a safe place where she is happy! Kudos to you for that!

Wow - I can't believe you took the time to do that! It is quite a story - and this is only a teeney part of it!Originally Posted by Unicacat

i hope the best for you and your new family!
I seem to spend most of my free time (and stealing time I shouldn't again) on TCS these days.Originally Posted by kluchetta
By the way, I read a really good book written by Kurt Vonnegut's son (Mark, I think?), who suffered/suffers from schizophrenia, and it was very eye-opening.
I am so glad to hear that Naomi is thriving there. I read this thread a while ago and just went through all the updates.Originally Posted by LDG
Thanks, again so much for all your thoughts, prayers, good wishes and vibes for Naomi. It really means so much to us.
I really had to share this, because it's just too cute. My birthday was Sunday, and a birthday present arrived from Naomi this morning - how sweet is that? She sent me a Miss Kitty little metal pencil case (she loves Miss Kitty stuff).
I guess she really is stuck at about age 11.
Gary and I are thinking about taking the cats and the RV up to VT in April or May if we can manage it. He won't fly - and though it's the right place for her, sometimes it's just so unbearably sad that she's so far away.
to all,
Laurie
Luck, fate, Universal Will, God's Will..... whatever it is, I feel blessed to have her in our lives, and I do believe everything happens for a reason.Originally Posted by emrldsky
